High Performance Sailing is a training and coaching organisation. Catering for adults and children in all aspects of recreational boating. Located in the Vaucluse Amateur 12ft Sailing Club we sail on the best parts of Sydney Harbour, Watson's Bay and the Sound. The water is always dark blue and the waterway is just fantastic to sail.

High Performance Sailing started off as a high level coaching service preparing sailors for national and world championships. Over time the business has grown and expanded and now delivers affordable quality recreational marine operations training at all levels for everyone. If you are just starting out and need some advice we can help. If you have just purchased a boat and need training in being able to handle her correctly, we can help. Training is conducted in our boats or in your boat. Need to move your boat from one port to another but not confident, we can help you.

Yacht sailors, dinghies sailors and powerboat operators are all catered for with programs designed to improve your boat handling skills, safe operations and confidence. The programs are competency based and we do not move on until you can perform the skills to an acceptable standard.
All of our instructors are Yachting Australia qualified and have extensive sailing and power boating careers. Our sailing coaches have competed at state and national championships producing excellent results. They are all enthusiastic instructors who teach the correct techniques from the beginning so you do not develop any bad habits. They love the sport and enjoy passing on skills to their students in a calm and gentle manner. High Performance Sailing caters for those who want to champions and those who wish to just have fun plus all those people who fall somewhere in between.
